9.1 Suspension by 211phcash
211phcash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or (d) the continued operation of the account would constitute a regulatory compliance risk.
9.2 Voluntary Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 211phcash customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deduction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless fully wagered.
9.3 Dormant Accounts
